Carnival rides, games, and food are moving from Island Park to 2nd and State Street.  That's just one block east of downtown Cedar Falls.  Carnival workers said it's an inconvenience to move the rides once they were in place, but they'd rather move them now than deal with flooded trailers.

Although the carnival rides were suppose to be up and running on Thursday night, it was unsure if they hit that mark. But they should be up and running for the big kickoff on Friday.

Tickets for the rides:

• Single tickets are $1
• Bonus pack- 18 tickets for $14
• 50 tickets for $30.
• There is a special wristband special on Sunday June 27 from 1 pm to 6 pm. $15 is good for unlimited rides on Sunday.
