Dates

• Friday 6/28 – 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday 6/29 – 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday 6/30 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Hours run in conjunction with carnival and music entertainment activities. Vendors may limit their hours of operation if desired.

• Gateway Park – Vendor Market Area
• Located between the carnival and Gateway Park Stage entertainment. Close to food vendors and major entertainment.

All Vendors

• Your application must include a complete list of the items you will be selling. All items must be family friendly and determined as such by the Sturgis Falls Gateway Market Committee. Their decision is final regarding this as well as all other issues.

Registration Fee

• Grass Area (~15′ x 15′) $100 per space
• Grass Area (~15′ x 30′) $150 per space
• Grass Area (~15′ x 45′) $250 per space
• Grass Area (~15′ x 60′) $300 per space
• Electricity $50 extra
• APPLICATION DEADLINE:  June 15  NO REFUNDS!
  
• IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITH YOUR APPLICATION SUBMISSION.
• Please complete either the online application below or print an application and mail it in.

Display Booths

• Booth to be provided by vendor.  Limited electricity is available for an additional fee, generators are not allowed. Booth locations will be determined by the Sturgis Falls Gateway Market Committee.

Set-Up and Tear Down

• Set-up can begin at 8:00 a.m. Friday 6/28 but must be completed before 12:00 noon.
• Tear down can be done after open market hours.
• DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN OR OUT OF THE MARKET AREA DURING OPEN MARKET HOURS.

Publicity

• Widespread, multimedia coverage. Estimated attendance exceeds 100,000. Vendors will be listed in the Sturgis Falls Program if application is received and paid before March 15.

Accommodations

• Food, entertainment, restrooms and public parking are available in Gateway Park and adjacent city property.

Restrictions

• No illegal, family-unfriendly or items deemed in poor taste. No hawking, no pets, no bikes and no skateboards. No Smoking. Any lights or sounds must be approved IN ADVANCE by the Gateway Market Committee. Acceptance contingent upon APPROVAL BY the Gateway Market Committee, their decisions are FINAL!!
• NOTE: As per Article II, Chapter 6, Code of Ordinances of The City of Cedar Falls, Iowa Section 6-68, part b, only service animals or animals engaged in approved activities will be allowed in the areas where the Sturgis Falls Celebration is taking place.
